1 Health Source works with Clinicians and their staff daily with their wound care needs. We offer the largest group of allograft options for Wound Care Providers to choose from. But that all involves a lot of paperwork up front to onboard, IVR forms to fill out, and an ordering process. Not to mention, these processes and forms will vary from manufacturer to manufacturer.
What does that result in?
The rub that affects every clinician and their staff – the need for your staff to “learn yet another system” and “learn their processes”. Unfortunately, this makes the staff resentful and less motivated to embrace the Clinician using a different allograft. And can you blame them?
Once your Practice is approved, you’ll be able to submit the same IVR to multiple MFGs are the same time. We’ve also made Ordering of Allografts fast, too, including a “One-Click” re-order button for repeat weekly orders for each Patient.

How Does My Practice Get Started?
Step 1: Get Registered with Nimble Portal
Contact info@1-HealthSource.net to register your practice(s) with our Nimble Portal for FREE. We will help your practice save time daily when using our Nimble Portal.
Step 2: Select the Manufacturers and Allograft you want to use
1 Health Source offers a wide variety of ASP and non-ASP Allografts for you to choose from. With Nimble you can get registered with as many as you like at the same time.
Step 3: Once approved – Submit your IVRs the Order Allografts
Nimble allows Clinicians to submit the same IVR for approval to multiple Allograft Manufacturers. Once approved you can quickly select the sizes(s) you need and place your order.

To our knowledge, no other system on the market today offers this level of functionality. Traditionally, you would need to complete and submit each manufacturer’s form separately—a process that can be repetitive and time-consuming. With NIMBLE, that hassle is eliminated. Our platform auto-populates the required forms for you and, in some cases, communicates directly with manufacturers through a secure API. This means you only need to complete the IVR form once, and NIMBLE takes care of the rest.
Quickly Order your Patient’s Allografts for their Weekly Treatment
When you submit your patient’s IVR through NIMBLE, it can be sent to multiple manufacturers at once. This gives you the advantage of choice—you’ll be able to select from any manufacturer that approves coverage for that patient’s treatment.
